Roxy studied Educational Psychology and Counselling at University and over the last 13 years, Roxy worked in a variety of settings such as schools social care, local authorities, private and not -for profit organisations. From heading up the operations of a nationwide response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to managing a dynamic team of facilitators delivering thousands of inspirational events young people, Roxy remains steadfast in her commitment to ensure young people are empowered.

Roxy has held various leadership positions in several organisations with themes around social inclusion, learning disabilities, youth and education. Her passion for making a difference is both across the UK and overseas which includes promoting education and women’s rights in Bangladesh and promoting inclusion in the US.
